Whole thymus provides many substances required by your thymus tissues and melatonin is a natural pineal gland hormone which positively regulated both B and T lymphocytes. Mushrooms like Shiitake have been shown clinically effective in maintaining aggressive immunity against invasion. Vitamins A, C, and zinc are provided in large amounts to support recovery.
