Histamine is a major neurotransmitter influencing the brain and the autonomic nervous system. Patients with high histamine have fewer pollen allergies. Subjects with rheumatoid arthritis and Parkinson's exhibit low histamine levels. Low levels are associated with psychiatric disturbances such as hyperactivity, mania, paranoia, and hallucinations. Histamine is for temporary relief of symptoms of hay fever, such as congestion, and stomach discomfort.

I rotate Histamine and Allergy Rescue by Desbio. Both are excellent for allergies!

My allergies had gotten so bad over the years. I was taking two OTC allergy pills a day and still didn’t feel well. I incorporated this into my routine and I’m down to occasionally needing one OTC.
