    My doctor recommended I take this supplement to help with irregular periods. It has helped a lot. It does have a slight taste that can be off-putting but it gets less noticeable as time goes on. Cincinnati Health Institute has made it easy to order.

    I am on month 3 of using Hormone Combination and have found it to be tremendously helpful in reducing some perimenopausal symptoms that have recently surfaced for me (including intense cramping and other PMS-like symptoms). It doesn't work overnight though. You need to be consistent and patient and trust the homeopathic process.
