Iron Plus by Zorex
Iron Plus by Zorex is offered in the highly absorbable "Ferric Citrate" form for ultimate bioavailabilty and digestability. This formula also includes vitamin B12, vitamin B6 (as pyrixidol-5-phosphate) and folic acid. These vitamins are linked to iron because they form the red blood cells that carry oxygen around the body. Both B12 and folate serve as cofactors for iron, assisting with its digestibility and bioavailability in the body.
Iron Plus by Zorex has been touted as "the most tolerable" iron supplement available, due to it's perfect blend of iron and synergistic components, that mimic the bodies natural processes.
Each teaspoon full of Iron-Plus contains 19 milligrams of iron as Ferric Citrate, 904 micrograms of vitamin B6 as Pyridoxal-5 Phosphate, 374 micrograms of Folic Acid, 93 micrograms of vitamin B-12 as Methylcobalamin, in a base of Demineralized Water, Sorbitol, Citric Acid, Natural Cherry Flavor and Glycerin.

Why Iron Citrate? Iron anemia and vitamin B-12 anemia are frequently found secondary to hypochlorhydria and according to absorption studies; iron citrate is more effectively absorbed than other forms of iron in the presence of decreased stomach acid. Iron-Plus is very effective and will generally not cause digestive distress or a dark-colored stool.
Clinical Considerations: Iron-Plus should be considered with the following: Iron anemia, often seen with low blood pressure, pallor of the skin, cracks in the nails, blue sclera, muscle weakness, restlessness, excessive blood loss during menses, chronic illness and adrenal hypofunction. Nephritis (iron anemia is common with renal dysfunction). Pregnancy (iron anemia is common with pregnancy). Iron anemia secondary to Hypochlorhydria.

Iron Plus by Zorex
Love this product. I’ve used many types of iron supplements over the years and this is the only one so far that does not bother my stomach.

Excellent experience!
I purchased 2 bottles of Liquid Iron Plus by Zorex and couldn't have been more pleased! My usual online store was out of stock for a few weeks on this product and after searching through other google "suggestions", this site had the product and was priced fairly and shipped quickly. Thank you!!!
