Horrible customer...

So, I ordered 2 bottles of Herx. When the package arrived, it was a completely different order for someone in a different state. I called customer service and there was no apology whatsoever and the lady told me to pack this package up and send it back once I receive a return label via email. Regarding my package, I was told I would receive it once whomever received my package returned it. This was their mistake and I am supposed to wait to receive my product once the person who received it returned it. Completely unacceptable!!!!!!!!
