Sereniten Plus is a combination of Lactium® casein decapeptide, L-Theanine and Vitamin D to support the Hypothalamic Pituitary-Adrenal (HPA) axis and feedback loop for metabolic support, stress management and cortisol regulation. Douglas Labs’ Sereniten Plus capsules are completely vegetarian. They may be taken once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. These capsules provide 50 mg of L-Theanine‚ an amino acid that may be able to reduce responses to stress. It may also increase GABA levels‚ which is a chemical that blocks specific stress related neurotransmitters.
Additionally‚ a 175 mg serving of casein decapeptide may promote circulatory health by widening blood vessels and promoting efficiency. This can also create a calming effect‚ which may help with the reduction of stress.
