Apply 1- 2 drops on the sides or back of the neck, over the left clavicle, and on the wrists or ankles. Apply as needed.

Grapefruit (Citrus paradise): Stimulates the liver, gallbladder and helps the lymphatic system function properly which helps promote blood flow. On emotional and spiritual levels, grapefruit is said to address a person’s self-acceptance and release self-abuse patterns.
Myrtle (Myrtus communis): Balances the nervous system, stimulates the immune system and helps support anxiety disorders, including OCD.
Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans): Possesses strong antibacterial properties to help support healing of respiratory issues and infections.
Peppermint (Mentha piperita): A stimulatory oil that can help improve blood flow, stimulate the mind, alleviate pain and promote energy.
