Silymarin (Milk Thistle Seed Extract)
As a plant, Milk Thistle has been used for centuries in botanical medicine to support liver health. Silymarin is the active ingredient derived from milk thistle and boosts liver health via several mechanisms of action including inhibiting lipid peroxidation, supporting liver detoxification through enhancement of the liver’s glucuronidation pathways, and protection against glutathione depletion.

Artichoke
Artichoke leaf extracts provide antioxidant and liver support. It may support bile production, prevent glutathione loss, and protect the liver against oxidative stress.

Turmeric (Complete Turmeric Matrix)
CHI4Health uses the Complete Turmeric Matrix rather than an isolated curcumin extract. The Complete Turmeric Matrix includes compounds from the entire turmeric root, all working together as nature intended to deliver better results. The Complete Turmeric Matrix formulation contains standardized amounts of 45%–55% curcuminoids, 2%-6% turmeric protein and 3%-8% volatile oil, plus other components that make up the whole turmeric root.
