Omni Cleanse

I’m wrapping up this cleanse-very easy and never had discomfort. I pretty much eat as recommended anyway, so it wasn’t that challenging. I was most interested in intestinal health versus weight loss. I definitely feel better than I did prior to starting the cleanse. I intend to go on this cleanse annually.

Got rid of brain fog!

Use a frother or blender with the protein powder. It works much better than a spoon. Helps get rid of brain fog!
