First bottle I switched from 1st pharm M -Factor to this my accupuncturist showed me the difference this is post to be better alot less chemicals and because of whole foods breaks down in body better let u know if I feel any difference

I have so much trouble finding a multi that doesn’t upset my stomach. This one is is great and never upsets my stomach at all. I assume it’s because it’s fermented whole food. The only thing i really don’t like is that it has folic acid, which is synthetic, instead of methyl folate. I have a MTHFR mutation so I can’t take this anymore due to the folic acid.
