Ingredients and Dosage
How to Use:
Bergamot (Citrus bergamia), Mandarin (Citrus reticulata), Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens), Lime (Citrus x aurantiifolia)
- Add 3-4 drops in your diffuser during the evening for a comforting aroma
- Dilute and apply topically on the temples or on the back of the neck to promote peaceful feelings
