Ingredients and Dosage
Adults: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily, or as
needed.
Children (2-12 years old): ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) daily. May increase as desired, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Can be mixed in liquids.
