Perfect Sleep is Very Helpful
I love this remedy. I take it in combination with DesBio's Cerebromax. I can tell the difference when I am almost out of the remedies and have to reduce my dose. I am not yet sleeping more hours; I am getting deeper sleep and waking up in a better mood. Not depressed upon waking when I have enough of these two products.
