Suggested Usage
Apply 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon twice daily to skin on the chest, abdomen, back, shoulder, neck, throat or face from mid-cycle to menstrual flow or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Contains about a 1 month’s supply.
