Ingredients and Dosage
Dosage: Two (2) capsule one (1) hour before bedtime each night as a dietary supplement or as otherwise recommended by a healthcare professional.
Active Ingredients: Magnesium (as magnesium glycinate), Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa) (root), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) (aerial part), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) (leaf).
Other Ingredients: Capsule shell (gelatin and water). **This product is gluten and dairy free.
